My Story

I first joined Maia in February 2019 as an Assistant Case Manager before moving into HR. Having an understanding of the niche complexities required when supporting clients with rehabilitation gave me a great insight into how to manage staff, and take the lead with HR. I gained my CIPD level 5 to support this role.

Over the last year, I have changed roles again and now work as a Personal Assistant to the Clinical Director, alongside supporting with HR and Marketing. I can often be seen at events around the UK promoting Maia Rehab - if you see me, do come say hi!

 

My diverse role has given me a great understanding on what is involved in our clients rehab, and how the key branches of the business work. I am happy to step in to assist with any clients and can offer an experienced insight into the workings of the company to staff, solicitors or anyone who has an interest in what Maia do.

I am very passionate about ensuring clients and employees can get the most out of their relationship with Maia! In my spare time I enjoy yoga, running, hockey and spending time with my dogs.
