“For those looking to grow with their practise, and move into private work, i'd highly recommend Maia.

Before joining the team, i had been working for stat services getting frustrated with only having limited time with clients. Now I work intensively with fewer clients and can see the difference my work is making. I absolutely love it"

"I have been at Maia for almost 2 years now and it really is a great company to work for. I have all the support I need in a real team environment and have had plenty of training opportunities. We also have great clients!"

"I had no idea joining Maia would change my  life! Starting as a support worker was just the beginning - I was constantly encouraged to develop my skills and take on new challenges - my  biggest one just about to start as I join university as an Occupational Therapist Apprentice. I'm so thankful to Maia for the support and encouragement they have given me, helping to finally study towards my dream role"
