I am a retired police sergeant who spent 25 years as a frontline officer in Bedfordshire and the City of London. During my time in the police, I gained skills in adult training and is a qualified adult trainer and I am a qualified A1 Assessor. These skills give me a clear oversight over the training packages delivered. He is a member of the Institute of Conflict Management and maintains his qualifications to deliver First Aid, Physical Intervention and Conflict Resolution and continues to develop and present industry recognised courses delivering training to NHS, YMCA and SMART UK.
