Gaby Donaldson

My Story

Gaby is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Manager and has been with Maia for nearly 3 years. She started working as a case co-ordinator while studying towards her qualification and then progressed on to manage the HR department of the company. Gaby’s time as a case co-ordinator and then assistant case manager has given her a 360 view on what is involved in our clients rehab and how the key branches of the business works. She is happy and able to step in to assist with any clients and can offer an experienced insight into the workings of the company.

Gaby is now helping develop the business and working closely alongside our care manager to prepare for our CQC inspection. She is very passionate about ensuring clients and employees can get the most out of their relationship with Maia. In her spare time Gaby enjoys yoga, fitness and spending time with her dogs.
