But what is a Case Manger?
That's a great question.
Case managers assess all needs of a client and will recommend and find the best person for the job to address those specific needs. This can include an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Psychologist or Support Worker or any other type of specialist. They will coordinate the team of therapists while keeping everyone on target for the client to reach their goals.
To get a better understanding, The British Association of Brain Injury and Complex Case Management (BABICM) have created this fantastic video which further explains case Managers and their role.
If you would like a Case Manager / therapist to assist, then you can either self-refer or go through a solicitor. No client injury is too minor or significant. Please get in touch today for advice on how you can instruct us.
