Maia Rehab are delighted that we have now been creating and successfully managing care packages for ten years and have secured a core team of case managers, therapists and rehabilitation specialists who we are proud are part of the Maia team. Our professional and friendly team is enhanced by our relationships with local therapeutic and care providers.
Maia Rehab currently have teams in: London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hampshire, Suffolk, Norfolk, The Midlands and Bristol.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
Martin is a retired police sergeant who spent 25 years as a frontline officer in Bedfordshire and the City of London. During his time in the police, Martin gained skills in adult training and is a qualified adult trainer and is a qualified A1 Assessor.
HUMAN RESOURCES AND MARKETING MANAGER
Gaby is a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR Manager and has been with Maia for nearly 3 years. She started working as a case co-ordinator while studying towards her qualification and then progressed on to manage the HR department of the company.
CARE CO-ORDINATOR AND REHAB ASSISTANT
Shani is a highly experienced care co-ordinator and rehabilitation assistant.
ADVANCED SPECIALIST SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPIST
Jo has 15 years experience working with Neurological conditions. Core competencies include assessment, treatment, planning and documenting interventions, case management and relationship building.
Jill Fraser has more than twenty years of clinical experience and a B.Sc (Hons.) degree in Occupational Therapy (OT). She is a member of the British Association of Occupational Therapists (BAOT) and is registered with the Health Professions Council. She is a member of Case Management Society UK (CMSUK) and British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABCM).
CARE MANAGER AND CASE MANAGER
Louise is our CQC Registered Care Manager. She is responsible for ensuring we meet the fundamental standards and key lines of enquiry to a high standard.
Joanna is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and has worked in the NHS and in the private Healthcare Sector.
CASE EXPERT/CASE MANAGER/OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Caragh is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist who has worked both in the UK and USA. She specializes in paediatrics, and has worked extensively in neurological rehabilitation with both young people and adults.
Emekah Richards is our Operations Manager and is responsible for managing processes, budgets and our Maia team. Mex supports the production planning process and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are in place and our care targets are met.
Sophie is a highly experienced Recruitment co-ordinator and is responsible for ensuring we match the client to the best possible Case Manager.
CASE MANAGER AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST
Alex has worked within the paediatric and adult sectors. He has worked in various settings gaining experience of physical, neurological, psychological, Social Emotional and Mental Health, and neuro-developmental streams of rehabilitation.
Marian is a Registered Nurse who has been qualified for over thirty years. She has worked predominantly with individuals with spinal injuries for over twenty-five years.
